A naturally gifted musician beyond her years, Zoë Meier Juhlin is a nationally recognized soprano. This past season, she was seen as Johanna in the University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music’s (CCM) collaborative production of Sweeney Todd and also in CCM’s production of Cendrillon as First Spirit. In the summer of 2026, Zoë will be a Frank R. Brownell III Apprentice Artist with Des Moines Metro Opera. While performing choruses in their productions of Kröl Roger and Tosca, Zoë will also be participating in scenes programs as Marzelline in Fidelio and Despina in Cosí fan tutte.

Before starting her studies at CCM, Zoë had been seen as Laurie in Ozark Lyric Opera’s (OLO) production of The Tenderland under the direction of Dr. Ann Marie Daehn. She has also previously worked with OLO as Zerlina in their production of Don Giovanni under the direction of Jay Jackson in 2023. She was a SOLO Artist with Ozark Lyric Opera under renowned baritenor Michael Spyres and tenor Sean Spyres during her time in Springfield, MO. She performed regularly with the Missouri State University Opera, most recently being seen as Rose (Ruddigore). A Saint Louis native, Zoë has performed with Union Avenue Opera as Noreen Horan in Doubt, as well as participated in the Bayer Fund Artist in Training Program with Opera Theatre Saint Louis. 

She has won multiple awards, including First Place in the National Shirley Rabb Winston Scholarship Competition with the National Society of Arts and Letters, First Place in the Central Region NATS competition, the Jermaine Smith First Place Award, and the Artist in Training Advanced Study Scholarship with Opera Theatre Saint Louis. She was also an Encouragement Award winner for the Arkansas District of the Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition in 2025.

Zoë received her Bachelors of Music from Missouri State University. She is currently obtaining her masters at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music under Dr. Quinn Ankrum. You can find more information about Zoë at zoeamjuhlin.com.
